It's definitely percentages. Although, colours have heirarchies. Grey, Red, Green, Orange, Blue, Yellow, Purple, Ultraviolet. But you get to be a Prefect if you have the highest colour perception.
But Jane's a better person than I am. Colour has nothing to do with it, really. It just makes you think you're better than other people.
